For 30 years, Liberty Mutual Insurance has celebrated firefighters across the country who go above and beyond the call of duty. The National Firemark Award is given to two firefighters, one for Community Service and one for Heroism, who display aspects of valor and selfless spirit.

In previous years to tell the nominees stories, Liberty has created mini documentary-esque films. This year, we created unique short films that are not only visually compelling, but also capture the emotional and breathtaking stories of why these firefighters were nominated.

The winners for this year was determined by public engagement on Facebook.
